Ellie Mirali is a NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant with over 25 years of experience, who specializes in Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery. Ellie is an expert provider of laser therapies, injectables, non-surgical procedures and more.
She earned her Master’s degree from University of Nebraska and her B.S. from Drexel University. Ellie’s passion for the art of aesthetic medicine and her commitment to excellence in patient care, drive her attention to the smallest of details with precision. Her deep understanding of facial anatomy and aging interventions has led her to being recognized as a top provider of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, always contributing to advancing her specialty.

Driven by a commitment to elevating eye care in Northern Virginia, Dr. Kapoor established the first Eye & Vision Care location in 2004. Over the following years, she grew the practice into a network of four locations across Northern Virginia; each built on the same mission of delivering exceptional, full-service family eye care through the latest treatments and technologies, in a welcoming environment, at affordable rates.
In 2026, Dr. Kapoor expanded her vision further by opening Eye Candy Aesthetics, a dedicated clinic offering comprehensive aesthetic treatments alongside a specialized Dry Eye Clinic bringing together beauty and wellness under one roof.
